Enterprise Project Management is yet another methodology of project management, and again though there are slight differences in the organization and labeling of the various phases of project management in this methodology, it is highly similar to the two discussed above. In the Enterprise Project Management Methodology, the project moves from Concept to Planning, then moves on to Start-Up before moving on to Execution and Close-Out (KDA 2011).
